Mr. Anderson is a Fee Attorney for Preston Title Incorporated and a partner with the Dallas-based law firm of Anderson, Burns & Vela, L.L.P. Mr. Anderson currently represents small and large businesses and banking and lending institutions in the areas of real estate, commercial law and civil litigation. As a Fee Attorney, Mr. Anderson stands ready to assist with simple or complex title searches, title examinations, title recommendations, or title commitments and issuance of title policies. Mr. Anderson can also prepare or review the title or closing documentation or handle the actual residential or commercial real estate closing transaction, if needed. Mr. Anderson is passionate about his work and viewed as an instructor in his area of practice by his peers. Frequently serving on the faculty for CLE programs, Mr. Anderson knows and understands the complexities of commercial and banking litigation and takes every step possible to ensure our clients are well-versed in making sound business decisions. With over twenty years of real estate law experience, supported further by his nine year role as Senior Counsel for the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, Mr. Anderson will yield results.
